Orbis Agro Industry is proud to own olive plantations located in the Sidi Kacem and Beni Mellal regions, areas renowned for their ideal climate and fertile soil, suitable for growing superior quality olives.
These regions enjoy optimal sunshine and adequate rainfall, creating perfect conditions for the growth of olive trees and the production of high quality olives.
The Group's olive tree plantation is spread across three farms: Dar El Gueddari, Krifat and Zirara. Currently, Orbis Agro Industry has a total planted area of 353 hectares of olive trees. The Group has an ambitious objective of expanding this planted area to 1,000 hectares, demonstrating its commitment to developing this sector and increasing its production capacity.
To ensure optimal integration of this sector, the Orbis Group has invested in a modern crushing station. This facility is essential for processing olives into high quality olive oil. The crushing station uses a combination of traditional methods and advanced technologies to produce first-press extra virgin oil.
This process ensures that the oil retains its exceptional organoleptic characteristics, including its rich taste and delicate aroma.

Crushing station
As part of the development of the Group's agricultural resources, an ambitious project is being carried out in the Sidi Kacem region. The objective is to position the Agricultural Pole as a major player in the production of extra virgin olive oil in Morocco and internationally.
Ce projet consiste en la mise en place d’une station de trituration d’huile d’olive, une initiative qui s’inscrit parfaitement dans les efforts de modernisation de l’agriculture locale et de promotion de l’industrie oléicole dans la région. C’est le fruit d’une collaboration entre le Groupe Orbis et l’Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID).
The crushing process begins with the careful harvesting of the olives at their peak ripeness. The olives are then washed and crushed under controlled conditions to preserve their natural qualities. The olive paste obtained is kneaded and pressed to extract the oil.
The Orbis Group's modern crushing station is equipped with the latest generation machines which ensure precise control of the temperature and duration of each stage of the process, thus guaranteeing superior quality olive oil.
Thanks to these investments and rigorous management, the Orbis Group is able to produce extra virgin olive oil recognized for its purity, authentic flavor and health benefits. Orbis Group olive oil is not only popular on the local market, but it is also increasingly in demand on international markets, reflecting the success and quality of the Group's olive production.
