The estate covers a total area of 492 hectares, exclusively devoted to the cultivation of citrus fruits. This agricultural area is divided into several plots where different varieties of clementine and orange trees are grown. To optimize production and ensure efficient management of irrigation and fertilization, the estate is equipped with five basins and a modern fertigation station.

Fertigation is an agricultural technique that combines irrigation and fertilization, delivering nutrients directly to plant roots through the irrigation system. This allows for more efficient use of water and fertilizer, contributing to crop health and productivity.

Thanks to this infrastructure, the Khenichet estate can maintain stable, high-quality production, while sustainably managing its water and nutrient resources.
